Do you guarantee investment performance? No, performance is not guaranteed. Historically, results have been above
average, but past performance is no guarantee of future performance. Do I pay commissions for each trade? Yes, you do. You pay commissions directly to the deep-discount broker your account is set up with. Goldata Financial does not share in any commission revenue. Do you co-mingle or mix my assets with yours or
others? No, each account is separate and titled in your name the way you desire. Goldata Financial has only limited trading authority with no access to transferring money out of your account, unless you explicitly allow it. Do I own the same securities as your other
clients? You may own some of the securities, but you should assume that your portfolio will be unique with respect to any other portfolio Goldata Financial manages. Is the account I open different from a regular
brokerage account I might have? No. With internet access, all confirmations of trades and statements will be available and you can log in anytime to view current positions, cash, executions and open orders. There is even a way to download activity to certain software packages. What types of stocks do you trade? It depends on the portfolio type. For short-term trading, mid to large-cap common stocks are mostly traded, as these are the most liquid. They tend to be highly recognizable names that trade on the NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ. For income-oriented accounts, less-liquid securities are traded. What type of accounts do you manage? Personal accounts, Corporate accounts, IRA’s, custodial accounts, Keogh’s, Pension and Profit Sharing Plans. What would happen if Elliot Goldberg passed
away or became disabled? Since the account is in your name, you can continue to keep the account open and use it or decide not to use and close the account. If
